Steering Group

  • We organise public meetings and events to raise awareness of the Transition message
  • Also meetings and events which bring together the four Transition Wirksworth action groups (Activists; Waste & recycling; Growers; and Energy & Housing.)
  • We post useful documents and minutes on this page and meet three times a year.
  • Our membership consists of representatives of each of the groups, co-ordinators of meetings/events; communications co-workers; minutes secretary; treasurer. Chairing meetings is shared.
